Of course, many of our customers ask how long is the delivery time of the wheel of fortune. This depends on different factors related to the production. Usually we ship the wheel of fortune within 8 working days. If the production is very busy, the production time can also be 10 days. Therefore, always order your wheel of fortune as soon as possible.

Production time of Wheels of Fortune
After print approval, our standard wheels of fortune have a production time of 3 business days. For orders from abroad, your wheel of fortune will not go into production until payment is received. To shorten this process, you are welcome to send us a payment advice. For the special models, the production time is extended by up to 3 working days.
Delivery Times of Wheels of Fortune
The standard shipping within Germany for our wheel of fortune stand models is with General Overnight (GO!). The delivery by GO! usually takes place between 09:00 and 12:00.
On the day of shipment you will receive an e-mail from GO! about the delivery and from us an additional shipping confirmation (incl. invoice in PDF format).
We generally ship our table wheels of fortune with DHL. Here the delivery time is extended by two more days. If desired, we can also ship your table wheel of fortune with GO!
Shipping outside Germany is as standard by GO! or FedEx. Wheels of fortune with a diameter of more than 90 cm exceed the allowed package size and will be delivered by shipping company. The delivery time and shipping costs for this vary depending on the scope of delivery and delivery address.
