Simply send us an informal e-mail with your order to info@gluecksradshop.com. For a quick processing of your order it would be helpful if you send us the following information:
Billing adress
Delivery address, if different from billing address – please include contact person
Desired wheel of fortunemodell
Possible wheel of fortune accessories, such as the wheel of fortune transport bag or the TSA-Certificate indoor or outdoor
Print data or your design requirements – if you have any queries, a member of staff will contact you.
Special requests if different from standard wheel of fortune model

After receiving your order or wheel of fortune quote request, you will receive an order confirmation or the appropriate quote from us on the same day.
After accepting the offer, you will then receive a design template from us on request or we will design your desired layout in consultation with you in order to individualize your wheel of fortune.
